WebMail activation "lies"

Description

After adding a WebMail? (CPSMailAccess) through PortalQuickInstaller?, the default displayed user setting is YES.

In fact it is not really activated. The user still have to really re-enter his password and submit the preference form (with the Webmail setting set to YES).

Then the Webmail is activated.

I'm running Zope 2.8.1
