key error when saving flexible documents

flexible documents on a same site can be updated because of a key error. Not sure how to reproduce this.

solved: this is due to portal repository objects that ended up being cataloged.

the solution was to clean the catalog and rebuild it.

I don't know how the objects ended up there (I though first that this was due to a CPSIO import). Note that it occured on the site where #1029 was diagnosed.

maybe the Products.CPSCore.ProxyBase?'s getitem should log the problem instead of raising an exception.

If it doesn't raise an exception, it has to return something to its caller, but there's nothing reasonable to return.

Leaving open a bit to see if there's really a problem.
