Make widgets user-parametrizable

When editing the flex part of the document, it's possible to add widgets and assign a title to new ones, but that's all that's currently possible.

But in fact it's important that a user that customizes a widget have access to the equivalent of the ZMI Properties tab of the widget, to change various parameters.

We must find a way to give access to these parameters from the flex form. Note that not all properties should be changeable, for instance "fields" mustn't be changed by the user.

Ideally there would be a form to edit these properties, and this form would be generated by CPSDocument itself using on-the-fly creation of schemas and layouts... This kind of reflexivity (that Formulator managed to achieve) is left for later.
