ok for navigation with accesskey

We have greatly improved CPS towards accessibility. The "Accès pour tous" validator against CPS Project's home page only gives three warning we can safely ignore.

Testing the overall use of CPS is much more difficult of course.

The good news is that CPS has really been improved a lot in terms of accessibility (switch to XHTML Strict + availability of a tableless rendering in CPSSkins).

Also note that at the bottom of a stock CPS there is already an icon stating WAI-A conformance.

It is however difficult to assert CPS WAI conformance in general since CPS has so many products (with a few not accessible at all), and since WAI guidelines exist in three flavors (WAI-A, WAI-AA, and WAI-AAA). To be more precise some customers sometimes explicitly ask for non-accessible functionalities.

So I propose to augment the document  http://svn.nuxeo.org/trac/pub/file/CPSDefault/trunk/doc/guidelines-user_interface.txt to state what set of CPS products and configurations should be used to respectively achieve WAI-A, WAI-AA and WAI-AAA conformance.

This should be done in a week days/weeks and this could close this bug.
