Description
News Item document should have its effective date positioned at the top and before modification date.
At the moment it is the modification date that is prominent, while the effective date is at the bottom of the layout and in a pale shade of grey.
People using CPS for publishing news items and press releases are complaining about that for some time now that their demand must be taken into account. The current CPS layout was decided by Stéfane Fermigier following some current practice on the web at this time.
