Need proper handling of <title> head tag

Description

In the <head> merging process, CPSDesignerThemes engines inject the <title> coming from CPS' page template if any, but doesn't remove the one from the theme in that case

People like theme pages to be whole, so they provide theirs. Beside, this allows them to check validity of the theme itself (discarding errors related to CPS specific namespace, of course). This often results with two occurrences, which is not valid. Worse, the first (the one from the theme) is the one taken into account by some browsers (at least Firefox), resulting in lame page titles, such as "Theme attempt" and the like.
