Description (last modified by fguillaume) (diff)

Incoherent formatting of entries

In individual view mode the blog entries seem to be formatted using structured text (Something like 'this' appears in code font and without the quotes). In the aggregated view this appears as uninterpreted. This is not coherent.

We should use restructured text everywhere that Epoz is not used. If Epoz is used, text should not be interpreted further (it's HTML).

This should be fixed, it makes formatting really a pain.

there is a roundtrip issue too, it seems that if you save a blog entry again and again, the content is changed, the HTML is reordered, the first paragraph becomes the last, and new lines are added in <pre> sections.

editing the HTML code directly does not help either

it helps a lot by changing the content widget to CPS Text Widget (select HTML as rendering format) and make no format option configurable.

Maybe related to #536.

  • Status changed from new to closed
  • Resolution set to fixed

Fixed in [28690] by using Text Widget with 'html' rendering mode instead of Rich Text Editor Widget
